CleanRemodel was wonderful to work with. House restoration from broken pipe and flooding went quickly and smoothly. Alberto was wonderful to work with-friendly, responsive, and always available to answer questions. The whole team was knowledgeable, courteous, and managed the project smoothly. I would recommend CleanRemodel without hesitation.
Alberto Bernal Was excellent! He works fast, explained everything that he was doing, and cleaned everything up very well. Plus, he’s really nice!
They did nice work to address a water leak, ensure it dried out and that the cause of the leak was fixed. But communication lacked follow through and they never completed the ‘repair’ portion of the project to replace ceiling and fix wall damage caused by their equipment. I wouldn’t recommend them.
We used Clean Remodel when our water boiler overflowed and hot, boiling water spread across our finished, and unfinished basement floors causing thousands of dollars worth of damage complicated by mold remediation x2, and asbestos abatement.
