I found Heather on yelp and after reading a few reviews and talking to her on the phone I got a good feeling. It's been a year now since I first used her cleaning services. She is great and I trust her with my keys when I need my place ready for Airbnb guests and I'm not around. She is easy to communicate with, she does a very good job, she's a woman of word and I respect that. I recommend her to friends and I will keep using her services because she's proven to be trustworthy and efficient.
Heather does an amazing job and always leaves my house smelling fresh!
After setting an appointment with Heather, she cancelled last minute. Then said she would reschedule and give me a discount. But when I gave her a new time, I never heard from her again. Not very professional. Btw I couldn't find her on yelp to give her the review. And I already had given her one but somehow she is deleting the negative reviews and only leaving the good ones. Be careful people.
