Excellent job. When they said they would clean 3600 sq ft of carpet plus 2 set of stair, I was a bit skeptical. But they delivered. Very professional. Was gentle with the items they moved, very detailed in the cleaning and removal of stains. I have dogs and they paid extra attention to pet stains. I already booked an appointment for them to come back and clean exterior of house and windows.
Very disappointed with my service. Maybe I didn’t ask for the correct service, but I was under the impression my carpets were going to be deep cleaned, not sprayed and then what seemed like a roller was used, not the usual spray water/carpet cleaner and suction up the dirt from the carpet, like I was hoping for. I was also expecting more for the amount I paid. It smelled good for about 1/2 hour, but now it’s back to what it was. I’m moving into an apartment and wanted a fresh start, guess I’ll do it myself 😞
Our throw rugs were returned a week late and they were wet, filthy, and stank. They charged me almost $900 and this was the 'work' they did. I'm considering filing in small claims court to recover my payment. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS OPERATION. THEY SHOULD HAVE BEEN SHUT DOWN YEARS AGO. Discolored with dirt all over the backing.
Clean Pros came & gave my living room carpet & stairs a fantastic deep clean and removed stains that other carpet cleaning companies were not able to get out. They were professional, friendly, & a plrasure to work with. And, even though they were running late they gave me a call with plenty of time.
EXCELLENT COMPANY CEO KEVIN IS A VERY UNDERSTANDING AND PROFESSIONAL GENTLEMAN ALONG WITH HIS STAFF. The gentleman will go out of his way for anyone. He gives excellent time, windows and results.
