Matt is a dead set legend! Any thing you need done for your pool this is company you need. The pool had run off from a building site. It was green. Matt drained and acid washed the walls, refilled and balanced in no time. Just fantastic
First of all, Mathew is a really nice person and has always been polite and on time. Unfortunately there have been some issues with our pool that cause me to give his service only 2 stars. 1. Our pool tiles (a volcanic tile) has been deteriorating for about a year now. He said multiple times he would follow up with his colleagues and pool building experts, but nothing ever came from those conversations. Mathew has been maintaining our 50 year-old pool, in a 40 Unit apartment block, for around the last 2 years, and has done a great job. He took a green putrid pool, and nursed it back to health, starting from replacing our outdated filter equipment, to now coming regularly to clean it. He's done an excellent job, and has even come quickly for emergencies, like there being broken glass in the pool. He's very dedicated, and I can highly recommend him.
