follow up on previous negative review which I promised to delete once they fixed the "top of the line" filter system pool rangers installed a few months ago. It never worked well and finally Pool rangers came out to check it and declared it defective and shut off our entire pool system resulting in our pool now being a very deep shade of green. We bought a new filter system from pool rangers “top of the line” system they promised. It never worked that well and all our calls to pool rangers went unanswered. Finally they came out after several desperate phone calls and declared that the filter that they had installed was defective. Pool rangers said they would attempt To get New parts. Pool Rangers provides excellent value. Their extensive experience, technical expertise and customer-focused sense of urgency makes them the #1 pool service provider in the Miami area. I highly recommend them.
The problem with pool services in Florida is there’s no licensing. Most have no idea what they’re doing. But there are some who take their field serious. Like here. I got to Pool Ranger via Pentair. Anthony is the guy to ask for. He’s 2nd generation and the knowledge is comprehensive. I have a salt pool and since his input I finally got the balance right. Highly recommended if quality is what you’re looking for. PS: Keep an eye on your LSI.
