I’ve been using Clean & Personal through the NDIS for my home cleaning every two weeks, and I couldn’t be happier! Maryanne is absolutely lovely – so kind, friendly, and always does a fantastic job. I also have another cleaner, Mary, who is just as amazing. Both of them leave my home spotless, fresh, and feeling wonderful every time. Highly recommend Clean & Personal for their excellent service, reliability, and the genuinely caring people they have on their team!

I felt the cleaner sent -didn't respect my confidentiality and talked to me loudly on the street -rolled her eyes dismissively, looking at the mess at my house, then pointed to a few clothes on the floor saying "do I have to clean that?" - came in with a negative attitude rather than a can-do approach -wasn't easy to commuicate with and made me feel uncomfortable and put on the spot. -didn't communicate or apologise for being late. My experience wasn't positive and I didn't feel this company helped me.
Very professional service by Gail and Wendy. They always help out when I need to change arrangements and nothing is too much trouble for them. After 2 years with the company I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants cleaners who are trustworthy, punctual and have an eye for detail.
