I took my little dog to the grooming salon and I’m beyond happy with the service. They treated her with so much love and care. Her fur looks shiny, soft, and the haircut is just perfect. I’ll definitely be coming back. 100% recommended!
I have been taking my pup Ringo here for more than two years and he absolutely loves it! Fernando and the entire team are warm, compassionate and friendly people who will treat your pet with nothing but pure affection. Excellent grooming and daycare services are always provided. Absolutely appalled by how I was treated here. I showed up 20 minutes early for my appointment, greeted the man at the front kindly, and let him know I had no problem waiting. He acted like he didn’t see my appointment at first, then coldly acknowledged it. While waiting, I made a lighthearted joke (in a friendly tone) and he suddenly told me I could leave—with a full attitude. I stayed calm and respectful the entire time. Ive been coming here for 3 and a half years! Great staff who are caring and compassionate. I board my dogs regularly when I go on trips. Great groomers who do a fantastic job!
