The customer service at this store was unmatched! After stopping in at 2 or 3 other jewelry stores today where we weren’t so much as acknowledged, the store manager herself assisted us at Grown Brilliance Woodfield. Thank you to Donna for making our experience shopping for our wedding/engagement rings such a pleasant experience! I’m so glad we stopped in and can’t wait for our beautiful rings to arrive!

PROCEED WITH CAUTION! We were in the store and ordered a wedding band, they sent it out to be sized, we never took anything home with us. Well, they never let us know the order was back in and ready for pick up, I had to call them to inquire where our purchase was. By the time we had picked it up the 30 day window to return it had lapsed (because it's 30 days from PURCHASE not 30 days from when you actually get it.
