Frustrating from Start to Finish Nothing about my experience with this company was positive. The items were poorly made, overpriced, and customer service was practically nonexistent. I got the impression the general manager wasn’t qualified to run the place, based on our brief conversation.
Stay far away from this business. Service Techs never have the parts they need and show up when they want to. Techs claim parts are broken without showing any proof or explanation.
Operation manager is just a money grabber!
