I was extremely disappointed with the quality of service I received. Cleaner arrived 45 minutes late to start. Prior to the day of cleaning I provided detailed pictures to set the proper expectation as to what work needed to be done. We also conducted a a physical walk through of the property and areas requiring deeper focus. After the walk through, the cleaner provided a time quote and voiced no concerns with the task. There is a reason I only use Clean n Simple for my properties okay! Ben is my go to, and since having them come out once I refuse to get anyone else. He has put so much attention to detail into my every appointment I’ve made and is so polite and professional, which has been so refreshing! My office and properties (and those that I’ve referred him to ) have seen many many cleaning companies and cleaning crews, and after spending the money we didn’t even see a difference.
