The vacuum cleaners barely have suction. The carpet cleaner/spot cleaner didn't put out any liquid or suction at all. The attendant was inside (I could hear music); when I knocked on the door to say something about the carpet cleaner not working, I was ignored and he didn't come back outside. Decent prices.
I frequent this car wash. It does a decent job of getting the car clean. It's touchless, so you can't expect it to get all of the caked on, bug guts off the front of your car or dirt out of every crevice. The self-service bays need the bird nests cleaned out of the sprayer arm hub. Every time the arm moves, straw/hay/bird nest debris get sprinkled on the top of the car. It's a gamble rather or not certain chemicals work or if there out. I've been twice now in two weeks and go to use tire cleaner and wait couple min thinking it's gonna start spraying out and understanding it does take 30 seconds or longer to get to the nozel but nope and two weeks in a row no sticker no warning or out of service. Wouldn't be a problem normally but when there price is so high ten dollars isn't enough time to spray a full sized truck with high pressure soap and a basic hard water rinse before running out of ti... read more
Tried to use auto wash with credit card, it rejected and said cash only. Was charged anyway, voice-mail full, nobody answers phone ever, been calling all week, no response to card filled out. Paid cash then for wash.To get car clean u must wash in bay 1st, then use auto wash. Received cash refund after 3 weeks.
