I just used Clean 'n' Fresh Carpet Cleaning & Floor Care, and I thought I would share my experience. I had called and left a voicemail and inquired about availability/pricing. They got back to me promptly via text. They quoted me the prices and when they could come and I agreed to it. The text system sent reminders about the appointment and the cleaner arrived on time. Mike did a great job with our carpets, efficient and effective cleaning service.
Needed a carpet cleaned for a disabled relative who was unable to take care of it. The carpet had really gross stains do to multiple pets unable to make it outside. Mike came in and did an unbelievable job making them look like new. I was completely shocked and grateful. I will definitely highly recommend them to everyone.
Excellent customer service! Easy to communicate with. Timely responses and punctual for appointment. Efficient. Respectful of my time. Definitely recommend. Mike did a great job cleaning up our carpets.
After an initial mix up with the appointment Date- They came with in 15 minutes of promised time. The work was thorough, neat and didnt take a long time to complete. Pricing is very reasonable. Carpets look very good, and the Tiling they cleaned in my Kitchen looks AMAZING!! Thanks
