I received my Invisalign treatment from Dr. Shephard, tried reaching out to the office multiple times and received no response. It wouldn’t have been an issue if it was multiple providers’ practice but since it was one dentist handling my care, the situation feels worse. Hope the clinic opens soon!
The staff was friendly and professional, the doctor discussed treatment thoroughly. My one star rating is based on communication since they've decided to close in November 2024. I needed a treatment and paid upfront for it as well as paid half ($1500) for invisalign for my daughter, which she was supposed to get her first set of trays in November. Dr. Vishal is very friendly and knowledgeable doctor. He discussed all aspects of teeth related issues. Office staff is also polite and helpful.
I was in Houston for a business meeting and chipped my tooth. My friend recommended Clean My Teeth. I called after 6 pm and was greeted by a pleasant woman who was empathetic. She scheduled an appointment for 8 am the next morning. I was in and out in about two hours with my tooth fixed (you can't even tell it was chipped) and they cleaned my teeth. They were kind, professional and treated me like family. If I lived in Houston this would be where I would go for ALl my dental needs. I highly recommend them.
IM HERE TO SAY I LOVE THIS PLACE AND THE ENERGY WITHIN IT💞 Everyone was so nice and polite as well as caring and attentive for the patients!
