I have had two experiences with Fix My Pool. First time was right after the hurricane last year. As busy as they were, they installed a new pool pump for me during a typical Florida down pour. Just had to replace a part which had to be ordered. Janet texted me on setting up appointments and communicating in a manner of appreciation vs “you are wasting my time”. The technician, Matt, was professional and courteous. I would highly recommend them.
This company on its own, saved me from a very tenuous situation w my new pool build. I had a rogue contractor and Sonny and his team guided me thru the next steps quite graciously. They plumbed my pump and filter to the abandoned manifold, checking lines for accuracy of connections. It was such a blessing to have found them randomly and have them be the perfect ones to rescue me from the terrible situation I had been left in. Forever grateful to Sonny and his awesome team!!
Called due to low pressure and very limited return of water to the pool. A tech was scheduled for the next day (could have been same day but I had prior obligations) and came out on time with a text so I could make sure the dogs were not in the yard. The "junior" tech went through all the operations that would normally fix the pool but I don't do things normally : ). A Senior tech was then sent out and was very knowledgable and personable.
