The worst company I've ever dealt with. Take this review as a warning. They ruined my carpets.
Don't use. Very Poor service & unprofessional. They outsource their cleaners so there is no standard. I paid $275 - and they did nothing. They take the money, but do not ensure the job is done properly. When I complained, they simply said their policy does not guarantee the service will work & didn't provide me with a refund or solution. This is the first time I have not looked a company up for a review & I really wish I had, because as you can see there are no good reviews here. Confirmed they could remove a stain from my new mattress. Paid $150 and did not remove anything. Complete waste of money!
Absolutely awful. Ruined a couch and no 'complaint' department to help. Woman who booked it in lied about who would be doing it. Reported to ACCC.
They appear to just outsource to random contractors that all get an alert when you enquire and try to undercut each other’s pricing. I booked to clean sofa with mould developing. Didn’t even move the sofa out from the wall to clean it properly and just cleaned the mouldy spots then left (I wasn’t home to inspect). Can still see the stained areas. Overcharged and underwhelming value. Unresponsive to feedback. Do not use.
