Great staff, Ty is friendly and professional. Probably the last place in WC that doesn't have towels available for use (they make you buy them). They also do not have a mat cleaner or shaded cleaning areas. The staff is the only reason I'm still there. I know my gripes are beyond their control so the 5 stars go to the excellent team.
Charging a dollar to use a cloth to wipe down your car? What kind of marketing is that? No one else sells towels. Last time I go there . Nickle and diming people is low class.

Finally, everything works at the Mister Car Wash that I use. Went through some months of brushes, sprayers and other items not working properly. Finally things have been corrected and the car comes out clean. Kudos,
