A month ago, one of the employees offered me a temporary free upgrade on my account. They explained that if I liked the upgrade, starting October 1 I would be charged for the higher plan. That turned out to be completely untrue. Instead, my very next charge was doubled from $20 to $40, billed at the platinum rate when I was supposed to still be on the base plan. Never a bad experience here. Staff is friendly, trashes are not overflowing, and suction on the vacuums is also decent. Overall 5 stars.
They broke my side mirror and denied it... Claims they will get back to me it's been 2 days now
