Used the touchless laserwash, bay 1. did not clean or dry my car at all. my car came out dirtier than when it went in, soap left all over my car. middle of the dryer was busted. Don't waste your money.
Go here often. I am a car dealer. Last time was today. Touchless didn’t even clean the whole backside of my truck and the undercarriage wash i paid for didn’t even turn on. A few previous visits the rinse didn’t work in the automatic wash. Leaving with dirty rims. And soapy cars. Never again. Too bad. There are not many options around here

While I recommend the place, I do not recommend springing for the $15 package on the touch free. There were spots of wax not completely rinsed off afterwards. I had to wipe it off myself, which made for a crappy wax job result. Not sure if what came off was from the wax or if the wash left my car that dirty, but for $15 I’m not impressed at all.
I had a great experience w/ the team for a complete auto detailing experience from the winter, very knowledgeable, thorough, listened well. I would recommend them to others...
WARNING Do not get your vehicle washed here, it could get damaged. I washed our brand new vehicle here and it came out all scratched.. I spoke with the owner who would NOT take any responsibility for the damage..The owner was rude and wouldn't know good customer service if it bite him in the face. Even though it states "Satisfaction Guaranteed" on their coupons it doesn't mean to your satisfaction, as long as the car still has fenders and bumpers left it works for this owner....To all my friends in the Haverhill area please ... read more
