I've been in the Property Management industry for 20 years, and Clean Joe undoubtedly sets the standard for disaster response/restoration. From the top down- these guys know what they're doing and they do it well, consistently. Fire or flood our first call every time.
We worked with Brian Letourneau and Donaldo Barrera, and they were absolutely amazing. Very quick, always available for any questions, very professional and made sure you were assured that everything is what you needed it to be, and was very collaborative in helping to determine issues, and did not hesitate to go the extra mile for the job. They finished the remediation work right on time and followed through very promptly with our contractor to make sure they can proceed with next steps. Would highly recommend!

Waking up to two levels in our home flooded when a kitchen water line broke was by far the most stressful event I've experienced in my short time as a homeowner.
