This company installed a solar system that is far from efficient. Despite their claims of huge savings, it hardly produces enough energy to meet my basic needs. My increased reliance on the grid negates the benefit of switching to solar power. Their customer service was useless; rather than addressing the system's subpar functioning, they blamed my energy use and the weather. A total waste of money and time.
This solar energy provider's work is of appalling quality. There were obvious gaps and unsecured wires due to improper panel installation. I brought this to their attention, but they dismissed it as "cosmetic issues." The system began to malfunction a few weeks later, and I had to call them several times to get it fixed. Their technicians appeared to be untrained and inexperienced. I am sorry I choose this firm, and I would not suggest them to anyone
They took my insurance check and said they were going to to repair the roof, but they never showed up or did the work. They just took my money. I tried calling to schedule something out and they just never answer me or reply to my emails or text messages. they are scammers
