Patrick is great on all things with central vacuum. He replaced an old piece of junk vac for me with an MD and the difference is night & day. My old vacuum tools had worn completely out and I contacted Patrick. He brought out a new set of tools the very next day and they work so much better. Super service!

We have had the possibly the worst customer service experience on any household project ever with Patrick and Clean Home Solutions. Patrick seems nice and did a very good job selling us on his services and experience, and installed the system as requested in our new construction house. However, his follow up customer service post-installation is AWFUL, perhaps partly because he is a one man band and stretched too thin.
