We had our first deep clean with the team and are incredibly happy with the entire experience. The arrangements were a breeze, with the booking tailored to our needs. We had great communication before, during, and after the visit. Both team members who visited were fantastic; they asked about our priorities, were tremendously considerate while in our home, and did an outstanding job. 4 hours in our home, they sent one girl. The dusting was inadequate, the cleaning of our slider left streaks and the throw rugs were not vacuumed. Also, as the cleaning of the bathrooms and dusting, nothing was put back in its place. I will not be having this company come back to my home again. The also didn’t show up for my friends 2nd cleaning job and they didn’t call or text. They’re fired
Kayla was a joy to have in our home and we came back to a spotless beautifully cleaned house.
