I have to wonder if the driver of the Van in the Connie Chung Service Area right now knows how hypocritical it is to be idling for 45 minutes
Absolutely abysmal, bottom tier, poor customer service. I was quoted about $30k max (with any non used funds to be refunded) for a cleanup job and was told by Chris Simon and Kamwis DuPont that they needed a credit card to “keep on file” in order to start the job. That was a lie because they instead charged me the full $30k and when I called to ask why they said don’t worry, “we’ll refund you the non used funds” fine whatever.
