Good company to work for. They are a very large company so there is always things that could be improved upon. The areas I work with are constantly trying to improve.
Very good, knowledgeable people to work for/with. Very good training programmes that don't rush people too quickly. Work is pretty seasonal at the GP location, with plenty of work spring to late fall, but relatively little November to March. Working away from home is normal and the compensation lags behind other compensation. Matched Rrsp's and boot allowance are also below what some other companies offer.
