This guy Jair Mancilla came to show my husband how to clean our pool (no physically touching, just showing around how to use the products) We decided to discontinue his service (former owner was his client) since the pool is small. He closed out the service and charged my husband $500 for 1-1.5 hrs which he called it a “pool school” My husband wasn’t aware of the rate at the time since we’re new to the area and never own the pool before.
