Extremely disappointed with our entire experience. We walked in and purchased the SPA on the showroom floor. Paid over $13k total to have it delivered. When they delivered it, the cover remover would not work (it's a very large SPA) so they took it back and then realized the top was damaged. We purchased over 8 months ago and we have called for updates every few months. I just called today and they said its waiting for me to pickup. WOW......
