We had a 8- 10 am window yesterday. No show, no call. My wife finally got a hold on someone around 11:30. The owner said his schedule was open in the afternoon and he would be here at 3:00 pm. No show, no call again. Unbelievable!! I'm not sure how they stay in business, but I will never use them again.
