Lovely place, always so kind and nice to everyone that comes in!
I've been to this location several times and usually there is someone tending to the facility. In the past, when losing money in the machines, the problem was resolved at that time.However, I recently lost money in a washing machine and no one was available at that time to help. I will no longer make use of a laundry facility without an attendant on duty at that time. UPDATE: Although my issue has been resolved, I will be using my own washer/dryer and another laundry facility if needed.
I’m getting my laundry room floor re done. So in the mean time I’ve had to use a laundry mat which I haven’t had to use in over twenty years. Place is clean good option on washers and dryers. They have a sitting area. I just feel they need to wash their washer and dryer’s out more. I could be wrong but I left after drenching my clothes as I normally do in my normal smelly good stuff and when I left nothing smelled like it. That was a bummer because I love my clothes smelling like laundry soap.
Clean place, no complaints.
