After our basement flooded we called around for cleanup quotes. We needed a portion of the pad replaced. Another company quoted us $3500. But Clean Green did it for $300!! The service was amazing. The staff is incredibly friendly. From the person who answered the phone (so nice!) to the talented technicians DeShawn and Z who did the carpet cleaning. This is a stellar company! Highly recommend!
Our technician, DeShawn, was amazing! He was very friendly and helpful. He also did an amazing job (give him a raise!!). Clean green had great customer service and very great pricing. Would use them again!
We’ve used Clean Green 5+ times for our carpet, rug, and couch cleaning. They do a really great job, but are also so easy to work with! Great communication and friendly people. Very impressed with this business.
This review is about their advertising practices. I've used them in two business locations and my home in the past and have been satisfied. However, today I purchased two Groupons for one of my business locations. Their advertising there doesn't mention that it doesn't apply to business locations. After purchase, we called to book (same as we've done before) and were told that the Groupon doesn't apply to business locations and they'd need to come out and see the premises first.
