Jeff did and absolutely stellar job restoring our home after the knolls fire. Love this company and the work they do!
If negative star option for this outfit was an available I'd select it. As a property management company time line is key. The sandy location came out and did more damage then the cost of the appointment. Essentially they did nothing. What they did was unethical, unprofessional and still haven't resolved the issue or responded. Hard pass in the future.
Sears had the best price of anywhere I looked. The technicians seemed to know what they were doing and they were nice. However, my whole house was a mess when they left. I had to clean the floors and surfaces of every single room when they were done. Maybe that is normal but I was under the impression that Sears was supposed to be less messy because of the truck vacuum.
Unsatisfied with the work of the company. I called and asked for a quote to clean the air conditioning ducts of my new house. After cleaning the vents, the guy said that it would only work better if we have paid for them to clean the furnace blower and the ac unit because if those are dirty it will keep spreading bad air through the vents. As a new homeowner I am not obligated to know this, they should have asked the year of my house and should have told me that those should probably get cleaned too.
