I’ve been a loyal customer since at least 2019, and I won’t take my car anywhere else. When I bought my car brand new in 2024, this was the only place I trusted—and they’ve never let me down. My car is always left looking spotless, and the consistency is what really stands out. It’s not just a one-time good experience—it’s every time. Great service, great results, and a business that clearly takes pride in what they do.
The car wash caused a long crack in the front windshield. After talking to a bunch of employees, they said they would have management call us. They did not. We called back a bunch of times. No response. We filed a "incident report". Meant nothing. This car wash WILL damage your car and they will do nothing about it because they know they are in the wrong. It is all on their security cameras. Do not go here.
STAY AWAY! They caused a CRACK in my husband’s windshield after going through the car wash. After SEVERAL times calling, filing a “report” (which apparently means nothing), they never contacted us back. Horrible customer service and horrible product, damaging cars. It was a LARGE crack in the front windshield.
I went in for a car wash about 2 month ago and when I was exiting the crash was I notice a pretty large hair line that looked like water dripping down the middle of my windshield. So I pulled over and explained it more it was a large crack down the center of my windshield. I ran to talk to someone on the staff and they had me fill out and incident report and they told me someone would reach out. Absolutely love this car wash! I received the best service from Michael! He's super friendly and knowledgeable! Their vacuums are also top tier. Will continue to frequent here because of the amazing service.
