I recently found this car wash and I'm very impressed with it! I visit many car washes in the DFW area and this is the one that makes me want to come back. I also think it may be the only one that actually has tire shine that works! The quality of the wash is fantastic! (Even better than that big one up the freeway a few miles). Terrible service. Terrible all the way around. They never have clean towels out like they say they do. They are rude and clueless when you walk in to ask. They sit there chit chatting rather than doing their job. Bunch of idiotic kids.
Went here to get my wife’s 2023 CX5 washed. Instead I got a half clean car and the entire rear back area severely scratched. I filed an incident report and the manager called me and told me the scratched areas were there before but yet COULDNT SHOW ME PROOF??? If it was there before, then You would have nothing to hide! I’ll be filing this complaint to corporate and ensure I get my documentation of before the car wash as the way the scratches were, it is almost definitely from the car wash.
