I was a member here for some time and washed my truck often. On 4/10/25 I entered the wash with my mirrors folded in like normal and the wash equipment snagged my mirror snapping it all the way forward. After exiting the wash I tried adjusting it and nothing, being jerked like that had shattered the plastic gear and my mirror moved freely. I immediately made a report and had them check it out. Won't let you in if you have a hitch on your truck, not posted very clear. Had to back up everyone...pretty stupid when ever other car wash has no problem.
Carwash does terrible job we went and no one theirto help us. Called phone no answer . Was better when other company owned it.
All staff members here have performed EXEMPLARY service for my washes whenever I visit. Keep up the rock star service, y'all!!
