CLASS ACTION LAW-SUIT CITY MONEY LAUNDERING!!! They hope you forget you were charged and stop asking them for your money back. Don't sign up for a monthly subscription they say you can only use a debit card when you sign up and when you try to cancel they pick up telling you their financial person is not available and even though you have already told them you've canceled they still charge you for another month. It's been 2 months now. Time to take matters more seriously since they won't.

Past few months were terrible! Today is much much better, almost back to original . After Ultimate wash my car was still very wet, water spots everywhere, not dry like in the past. “Acting assistant manager” says that is because they received the wrong chemicals and it will get better. Not sure if wrong chemicals have anything to do with the drying function but we will see.
