At first I really liked Clean Getaway car wash, but over time, the vacuums don't always work, as was the case today, and the underbody spray doesn't work and hasn't for quite awhile. Also the wheel shine that comes with my wash hasn't worked in a while either. Things aren't looking good for this Clean Getaway car wash. I'm not getting what I paid for if things aren't working properly.

I loved this car wash the first 2 months though it did an okay job washing the car and the gree vacuum was a plus. But this last month I paid for the ultimate and I feel like I definitely have not gotten the ultimate. My car comes out dirty and the guys spraying the cars only spray every other car and mine never is thw one that gets a good spray. And on top of it only 2 of the 20? Vacuums work. If it was possible I would want a full refund for this month.
