STOLE $93 FROM ME!!! So on July 1st, 2025 which was before my payment due date, I ended my membership and watched the employee remove my car and membership. I did this because I'm getting my car painted and am going to move to having my car detailed instead of auto washed. I have not used the services at all since. 02/06/25 went to car wash to use my free wash coupon which expires on the day at 1:35 Pm and the car was was closed. Not coming back. Recommend Mr. Sparkle instead.
Very rude & disrespectful attendant who directed me onto the track today May 2 @ Edgefield Rd location. I had my driver's side window down to hear his instructions & before I could roll it up he began spraying my car. I hollered WHOA! WHOA! but he continued to spray. Once I started moving I could hear him laughing & hollering whoa whoa mocking me - reported my displeasure to young man in office. I won't be back - will take my vehicles right down the road to Lulu's.
