I had a disturbing experience with this carpet cleaning company, owned by Brant. When he arrived at my home, he reeked of cannabis, which immediately raised red flags. The situation escalated when I saw into his vehicle and noticed numerous empty vape cartridges labeled with THC. I tried contacting them afterward because the stains came back the next day. No response at all. Once they get your money, you're on your own.
The technician was rude and seemed irritated when I asked questions. Not the kind of service I expect when inviting someone into my home.
They rushed through the job and missed several obvious spots. The carpet didn’t even look that different after they left. Waste of money.
Very disappointed. The technician showed up over an hour late without any heads-up. I had to rearrange my entire day for this. Not professional at all.
