We have a membership which is why we clean our cars there at least twice a week. Last time I went they gifted us 4 circle K cards to safe money on gas. They’re always helpful and nice

Used to love this car wash, but things have gone downhill quick. I’ve been trying to cancel one of the cars on my membership for over a year now and I’ve had no luck getting in touch with the manager to do so. Every time I visit the location, there’s never a manager there and I have even left my information for callbacks and tried calling and the voicemail is full. It should not be this difficult.
The guy up front was very friendly, helpful and patient. However. The car wash itself really was mediocre. The sides were mostly clean but the front looked almost as bad as before and the drying also didn’t work well. Unfortunately I didn’t complain right away, but I’m sure even with a second time through it wouldn’t have been spotless.
Wash is good, dry less so. Vacuum hoses do not reach to tailgate of SUV, leaving job incomplete.
