We are very loyal Clean Freak costumers. This location is one of the best! The machinery is usually in good working order and we get a good wash when ever we come here. On our recent visit we cleared the gate fast with our rapid pass but there was a hold up going in the tunnel. Apparently there were multiple problems at the gate and the staff could not resolve them, but fortunately Aiden, who was waving the cars into the tunnel, was the only one to fix the problems. Had my car totaled. Fast pass membership number was on the car now they can’t cancel my membership without that number? There is zero customer service to reach. I am being charged $30 monthly for something I cannot cancel. DO NOT SIGN UP
