used the top of the line wash but was a little disappointed as the jets did nut get to the lowest five inches of my car, which meant it looked like I had parked in a muddy puddle up to the rims.

I've washed there several times. Lately, it barely takes rhe dust off. I'm pretty much done spending $16 for a touchless wash I can do at home with Foam Cannons for a lot less.

The Auto Wash is a complete rip off! It soaped the car but only rinsed the roof & passenger side! Then the protectant was only applied to the passenger side and the joke of a rinse never went around the driver's side of the car! The air dryer had to blow most of the remaining soap off. Very disappointed for $10.

Don't bother going in the auto bay. I don't know about anyone else, but when I go through a carwash I expect it to look cleaner.

Stopped in this morning for a quick wash. Appeared to be having trouble with the automatic, but looked like it was good to go. It made one pass, let soak, then went 3/4 way around, stopped and ran into the rear passenger door of my car. Tried to blame ME for not waiting long enough. ??? I was in park! Did the same thing to at least THREE vehicles while I was there before he finally shut it down. I'd give them a zero if I could!
