Great customer service in a quick car wash
“This is hands down the worst car wash I have ever experienced—utterly unacceptable. I was there with my two autistic kids, who were already having an hard time staying still in the car. So it took me over 30 minutes just to vacuum the car because it was a mess. I think anyone with kids can relate. Despite the fact that I was clearly vacuuming, a worker had the audacity to come over and accuse me of staying too long—something I have never encountered at any other car wash, even when I’ve stayed an hour. I've just been blessed with what may be the BEST experience one could possibly expect from a car wash. I arrived 5-10 minutes before closing feeling grateful to be allowed to go through the wash at all. Expecting a no, I asked if they would keep the vacuums on for a few minutes past closing so I could quickly use the bug prep station. Not only did Court allow me an extra 15 minutes to use the vacuums but he stayed near by while completing various closing tasks.
