I'm a real estate agent and having my vehicle clean is very important. Been using Clean Freak for over a year with no issues. However today a young man told me at this location they would cancel my membership because I put my pass to the scanner vs having it on my windshield (I have replaced my windshield and it wont stick). I explained i agreed to their policy of charging me if I attempted to bring in a vehicle not related to the membership. Explained i was abiding by the membership and they can check my license plate.
