They raised the prices but decreased the quality. The water is NOT spot free drying, but good luck getting a towel from them to wipe your car down before it dries. They are always out of towels and it makes their services completely pointless. If you’re going to advertise spot-free drying, it better truly be spot free. Also I would expect even the basic wash to get the dirt off my car but that is not the case.
CAN YOU PLEASE UPDATE THE WASH EQUIPMENT AND GIVE YOUR CUSTOMERS WHAT THEY PAY FOR ! This place is a scam . The drive to the wash by Costco seems to be worth it now as it takes longer to clean up the crap wash job from clean freak than the drive to Costco Wash and back . Are you waiting for mass reduction in memberships before you do something about this dilapidated car wash ? Lots of water streaks here after a wash. Way different than the CF in Scottsdale. Does this location use recycled water?
This place is always real busy so it's somewhat difficult to find a Bay to finish drying the car, quite often I have to just drive away
