I have been a pretty loyal customer to both clean freak and circle k for the past 3 years and it has been great. I have started to drive for a ride share and so need to wash and fill up much more frequently. Because I rent my car and change automobiles often, I don't affix the sticker to the windshield. But clean freak has gotten increasingly aggressive with insisting the sticker be attached to the car. Paid for top $ wash. 1st time I got non of the extras you pay for and still dirty. Went thru 2nd time again no extras and car still dirty. Canceled membership after 1st visit.
Excellent facilities and good customer service. Very clean car all around.
I LOVE this place!!! Everyone was so nice and welcoming but I want to give a special spotlight to Ms. Ashley and Mr. Josh. They deserve a raise and really put the extra effort that made my visit so special. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
Worth driving anywhere else… to bad Great idea and model but service machines are hit and miss as to when they work (vacuums broken, compressed air not working, no towels). I am willing to deal with all that considering how busy they are I am sure it’s tough to keep up. But the service is why I will drive anywhere else. Poor execution of the idea, no management present at least none with any presence of mind interested in keeping customers.
