“Supervisor”Josh is incredibly rude and condescending. I was dealing with a different employee and he walked up and interjected himself into the conversation without being asked for his opinion
Tried getting the $22 dollar wash and the machine took a 20 and gave 10 back. Was forced to do the $10 wash and workers said there was nothing they could do to fix it. Only offering me another wash. Never using this place again. The wash didn't clean the vehicle a bit. I had to take it somewhere else.
Extremely bad customer service I purchased a membership every time I came in it said it was canceled I bought it on September 26th 2025 showed them my payment and they kept telling me I only bought one car wash didn't I go into the app says I have a membership funny thing is the manager is the one that sold me the membership dislocation is on McDowell and Power not good customer service very unsatisfied
Do not Recommend. My mirrors on my Hummer were folded in and thier washing g curtains ripped my drivers mirror completely off my Hummer. The attendant stops the wash, goes inside and untangle it from thier curtain and just hands me back my broken mirror. Absolutely Ridiculous. I highly recommend not going there with this type of customer service!
