My wife went there today and was having trouble getting lined up. Really don't appreciate the worker yelling at her and being disrespectful and not nice as she tried to get lined up. She tried to apologize and then they rolled their at eyes at her which made her upset. Train your workers to be more respectful to their paying customers.
I'm seriously impressed. The place is clean, well-organized, and the service is top-tier from the moment you pull in. Huge shoutout to Jesse, who went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. He walked me through the different wash packages without being pushy, and even gave me a few tips for keeping my paint looking fresh between washes. You can tell he takes pride in his work my car hasn't looked this good in ages.
Best vaccumes, ever! I never knew I could fall in love (lol). Seriously, they're great! They even get in harder to reach places some other places don't. Best part?! They're FREE!! Must try!
So we have unlimited washes which works well for us but considering the amount we pay per month for that asking us to pay extra for towels for the top plan is a bit ridiculous IMO. I would consider adding a second car to the unlimited plan but there's no multicar discount available and considering the other doesn't get used much at all it's over the top ridiculous for me to add.
