I'm finding it harder and harder to keep coming here. It seems like there's always something wrong with the wash. Either the brushes aren't working or the car is not getting rinsed. Seems like lately there's always something wrong
Eh I'll stick with the other locations for my membership. I went 9am in the morning and it was shut down for some error. Them I went back at 330 pm and it was shut down again! The first time a staff person came out and let folks know what was going on. The second time no one did. It looked like there was only one person working as only one person was visible between the vacuum lot and the wash. Which is not ok and a disregard for personnel safety.
The staff is always friendly! However this is the worst location for a wash and vacuum. The Vacuums never seem to have enough strength, there is only one vacuum option when other locations have two. In addition the parking lot seems to always have trash from the customers littering. The wash is decent but it never seems to fully dry the back of the car, and the tire shine is a joke. But again the staff is always friendly however the quality of the wash and vacuuming is not the best.
