On April 11th, 2026 at 4:18pm there was a young lady working the check in booth at this wash. Because of her, not only will I NEVER return here but I will also tell the warehouse of 78 associates who work for me about what horrible customer service looks like so they can also hear of an example of how poor behaviors can hurt a business. She was rude, disrespectful and had a foul attitude when all I did was ask her a ration about pricing as she began to tell me I need to learn how to read.
I’m a member and didn't have any issues for about 4 months and now my truck has broken handles and rub streaks across the passenger side. Just submitted a complaint so we’ll see how this goes.
You have to change your sign up process you cannot hold up the none member line because you wanna convince people to signup then gettingthem signed up, we've been waiting in line for twenty freaking minutes and there is no way to get out of line once in it.
This place is a joke. The order that the arms lift up in each row, the members only lane always takes the longest. So they make their loyal customers wait longer. Makes zero sense. My husband and I are both canceling our memberships. And on top of it, they pack you in so closely that almost every single car triggers the shut off so you have to sit there in the middle of the wash until it turns back on until you finally get though after it shuts off 3 times.
