For about 6 months, I had the WHISTLE CAR WASH (Pearl Rd) unlimited top tier plan. It was good. It was convenient. I only had it during the winter for all the salt and snow. I figured during the warm month I'd wash my vehicle myself. That didn't happen, so I searched for alternatives. Whistle had a few issues. I’ve been coming to this car wash for years and usually love it. Unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience today around 6 PM. The attendant on duty (a male with a hair bun) completely skipped standard safety checks. Instead of inspecting my passenger side to ensure my car wouldn't be damaged, he stopped at the mirror located on the wall to adjust his hair. Wish they had a few shampooers by the vacuums for interior deep cleans even if it's coin operated
Gentleman was no help getting my car aligned, would not indicate if need to adjust left or right, he stood there and watched me.
Great wash specials, monthly and yearly. Friendly workers help you with everything. Very pleased with the washes on all my cars. I even take my company Van thru the wash. Free high power vacuums. 5 star All the Way !! Thank you so much .
