The heavier white girl with the long ponytail directing the cars into the car wash the last 2 days has been so rude and unprofessional. She needs better training with her aggressive hand motions and inability to direct the car in properly because of her attitude. I tried to call twice to get her name and talk to someone but both times no one at the establishment answered. I am a grown woman who didn’t get a car wash membership to be yelled at, directed poorly and made to feel like an inconvenience because she hates her job. ... read more
