If I could give a 0 stars I would. My car was severally damaged in the process of my car wash and they acknowledged the fact that they have video footage to prove that during the drying process there car wash snapped the FIN off of my car that covers my antenna. I was told to file a claim, which I did immediately. Within 24 hours my claim was denied that they aren’t responsible. First and last time I will use this place. Didn't get all the dirt off my car AND destroyed my tire from what ever pulls your vehicle through the wash. You can clearly see the matching damage on either side of my tire.
