This was the best experience I have had from a car wash company. Everyone was friendly and professional, signed me up on a great plan with the special they have for the holidays, and my car is the cleanest it has ever been.
FAULTY MACHINES BREAKING CARS!!!!!!!! On September 16th I went through this Clean Express Car Wash and put my car in neutral, per instructions, and the conveyer belt took my car through the wash. With my hands and feet off the steering wheel/ pedals the machine smashed my driver's side mirror and it got ripped off the side of my vehicle. The employee had to stop the belt, and it took the staff nearly 30 minutes to find the missing mirror, then they showed me how to file an insurance claim.
