I have never had a problem here. Staff have always been friendly. Today, I stopped in and had an amazing experience. I have tint on my windows so it’s hard to see my kids in the back. I rolled my window down to get my air freshener, and I assume the attendant then realized the kids were with me. When I made it to the drying phase, the attendant was standing there with suckers for my kiddos. I thought that was the sweetest thing ever! Shout out to Chuck! You made my day and I hope you see this message🩷
I simply love the staff at the Willowick location. They greet you as if you are a member of the family. Always friendly and courteous
