Horrible claims department. I brought my truck through with a toneu cover on and the blowers shredded it. All the stitching was shredded. Claims notified me noting that they could see it was damaged before I entered the wash and could see “cracks” when all the stitching came out. I notified the employees and they were very helpful in helping me put a claim in and taking photos and walking me through the process.

This location turns the vacuums off before closing so when you get there and you’re in a rush to finish up last minute, you can’t even clean your car because they’re so worried about leaving early … maybe don’t shut off the vacuums until you’re closed ! Thanks for nothing

Clean Express always does an excellent job. The wash is fast, thorough, and leaves my car looking spotless every time. The vacuums are powerful, the facility is clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful. I also appreciate how convenient and efficient the whole process is. Definitely one of the best car washes around — highly recommend!

Extremely disappointed with how this claim was handled. My vehicle was not damaged before entering this location. While going through the wash, my vehicle was damaged. I immediately stopped, backed up, pulled forward, and spoke directly with the attendant who was guiding me. I even picked up a broken plastic piece from the ground and showed it to both the attendant and the manager on duty.
