I don’t know what happened to the summer crew, but the current attendants are overly noisy and intrusive. I’m just trying to clean my car in peace. Bring back the summer staff.
Very polite staff and friendly and a carwash
We were told we would NOT be automatically charged every month with the credit card we used to purchase our wash. I asked specifically and was told it was not automatic renewal. It is, and four months later when I went through with our other vehicle I was shocked to hear it and had been charged for three months I was unaware of. I could not get through to customer service despite their website appearing easy. No human answered the phone. No resolution on chat. No email generated by a human.
