Could not have asked for a better experience. Irv and Patrick were very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Mold remediation was done at exactly the quoted price (which was a very fair price) and in half the time estimated. They coated the entire basment in fungicide, as well as the entire basement ceiling in fungicide paint, then they came back later in the weekend to help us put a vapor barrier on the floor to keep the mold from coming back (which they were not obligated to do.) Irv agreed to do two jobs for me. Both were a disaster. His inability to fix an unstable bathroom floor resulted in injury to my tenant and destroyed the house with a plumbing leak. The other job was not completed as promised and I had to fire him after paying a significant downpayment. I've lost significant income.

Shout out to Clean Environmental Solutions I don’t know what I would do without them. They are someone good to KNOW & TRUST! These guys always come through for me on all jobs big, and small and are fast & fair. They don’t take advantage of customers the way other companies I have dealt with in the past have without finishing the job, or taking a job bc they are money hungry and doing low quality work, ruining materials bc they are not skilled for the job, or causing additional damage during clean ups. Irwin and Patrick were absolutely wonderful. They came out to see my issue with vermiculite in my attic soon after I called. They were able to do abatement of this very small area of vermiculite the following day, and their price! I was beyond pleased to find this company!
